Workshop Topics
Each of the young women will participate with the opportunity to interact, in a small group setting, with at least one mentor. Each group will explore the topic - BRING IT: BEING GENUINE through interactive dialogue and activities. Mentor(s) will help connect the dots on how “being genuine” with family, friends and community plays an important part in developing their communication and leadership skills. Ultimately, helping the girls be ready to take the next steps in planning and communicating their education and career goals by "being genuine" in speaking up and being able to say what they mean.
